Ithaca is a small student project built in UDK consisting of 4 levels/Environments. I was responsible for the entire design and building of the desert level including all models, textures, lighting and particle effects with the exception of the sky texture. During the 4 month duration of this project i also learnt how to use UDK and expanded my knowledge in Zbrush, 3D Coat and World Machine. Other programs used were Maya, Photoshop cs5 and Xnormal.
High Poly meshes were sculpted in Zbrush
Foliage was created using Speedtree. Rocks range from 100-250 triangles for the smaller ones, to 500-1500 triangles for larger formations
